Who We Are
One leader can inspire
One leader can inspire
a whole community.
Everything LIZA does flows from one conviction: equipped leaders equip others.
Our Vision
Holistic transformation through biblical leadership, empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Our Mission
We equip, mobilize, and empower leaders to do God's work — reflecting Jesus and His Kingdom as they raise up others to do the same.
Our Values
Integrity, transparency, accountability, and teamwork guide every project we run.
Meet the Founder
Bishop Dr. Alfred Kalembo
Bishop Kalembo co-founded LIZA in 2005 with his wife, Rev. Muumbe Kalembo — starting out of one corner of their residence in Ndola before growing into a ministry training leaders across Zambia and beyond. He also pastors Pilgrim Wesleyan Church's Kanyama Central Congregation in Lusaka.
He holds a doctorate and travels regularly to teach at History Makers Journey conferences across the region, from Johannesburg to Lesotho.
