This page explains how the current LIZA website handles visitor information.

Email inquiries

The inquiry forms prepare a message in your email application. Entered details are not submitted to a website server by these forms. You choose whether to send the prepared email to info@lizambia.org. Your email provider handles sending that message.

Donations

The donation form submits your selected USD amount to this website’s server, which creates a PayPal checkout order. The server records the order ID, amount, payment status, and capture ID to confirm the donation and avoid duplicate processing. Payment details are entered on PayPal’s website, not on LIZA’s website. See PayPal’s privacy statement for its data practices.

Essential session cookies

The dashboard and API checkout use an essential session cookie to protect login and associate a checkout with the visitor who started it. Sessions expire after eight hours. Dashboard passwords are stored as salted hashes. This website does not store payment card details.

Website resources

This website requests fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests share connection information, such as your IP address, with Google. The site’s hosting provider also receives the connection information needed to serve pages and files. The current website code does not include analytics or advertising trackers.

If you sign up, LIZA stores your email address, signup date, consent wording version, and subscription status to manage ministry newsletters. Email ownership is not verified by this signup form. Signup does not send an automatic email. You may unsubscribe using the link included in a newsletter or contact info@lizambia.org. An opt-out record is retained to avoid adding you back without your agreement. Subscriber details are accessible to authorized administrators and can be exported for sending newsletters. When email sending is enabled, LIZA uses Resend to process recipient email addresses and newsletter messages. Sending records retain provider message IDs and submission status; an accepted submission does not confirm inbox delivery. Each subscriber email includes an unsubscribe link.
